Victorian Points Test (VPT) Calculator

Calculate your Victorian points test score for the subclass 190 or 491 visa

The Victorian Points Test (VPT) is the system the Victorian Government uses to score applicants for state nomination of a Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) or a Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) under its 2026-27 program. Enter your details below to calculate your VPT score across the seven factors Victoria scores. Victoria has not published how it will rank applicants or any cut-off score, so the result is an estimate of your points, not a prediction of whether you will be invited..

Based on the Victorian Points Test schedule published by the Victorian Government for the 2026-27 program, checked 13 October 2026 at liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au. The 2026-27 program had not opened for Registrations of Interest when this was checked, and point settings, brackets and priority occupations can change. This calculator gives a general estimate of your VPT score only. It is not personal migration advice, it does not tell you whether you will be invited, and it does not assess your eligibility for the visa itself. Confirm the current settings at the source and speak with a registered migration agent before you act. MigrationBuro, Andrew Heathcote, Registered Migration Agent MARN 0850840.

What is not yet known

The 2026-27 Victorian program had not opened for Registrations of Interest as at 13 October 2026. Victoria has published the point values above, but it has not published how it will rank applicants in each round, whether it will release the scores that were invited, or any cut-off. For that reason, the number this calculator gives is an estimate of your points, not an indication of whether you would be invited. The settings can also change before the program opens, so confirm the current position on the Victorian Government website.
