Can I have a face-to-face partner visa consultation in Redlands?

Do we need to have been living together to apply for a partner visa from Redlands?

For de facto couples, the relationship must have been ongoing for at least 12 months before lodgement. If you are not yet living together, the other three evidence categories (financial, social, commitment) need to be particularly strong.
